Clicktronic Faces 2012 gives a new face to the brand

New faces wanted for 2012 campaign.

  • Clicktronic has launched its "Faces 2012" campaign to coincide with the start of the IFA
  • The brand has taken on the search for new faces for its advertisements, catalogues and packaging. The search will run via Facebook until the end of September
  • The company is looking for men and women who can present realistic home cinema feelings with authentic facial expressions
  • The best candidates will be invited to participate in a professional photo shoot in Berlin in November
    Braunschweig, 9. September 2011 – Word of the "Faces 2012" campagin, which was launched a week ago at the IFA in Berlin, has already spread beyond the borders of the city. Almost 150 applications to be the face of the upcoming Clicktronic advertising campaign were posted into the photo box on the IFA exhibition stand within the first six days. All those who can imagine seeing their own faces on Clicktronic packaging in shops or in newspaper advertisements over the coming year are invited to take part in the competition, which runs until the end of September.

Real faces.
The search is on for the authentic faces of home cinema and hi-fi fans. Taking part is simple: All you need is an Internet connection, a webcam and your own Facebook profile. Simply go to www.facebook.com/clicktronic and upload a small collection of photos of yourself. An integrated app leads interested parties through the photo application in four simple steps, which take less than 5 minutes of your time.

The community.
The people with the best chance of winning and becoming one of the faces of the campaign are those who can convey joy, wonder, shock and their own individual personality in an expressive way. The decision-making process for the best Clciktronic faces will begin in October. This will also take place online, using the "Like" clicks within the Facebook community to vote for the most amusing, most unusual, most dreamy, most sad or most happy entries. If you want to be a top 10 candidate you have to win as many votes as possible.

Fun.
Great prizes, including a year-long subscription to Sky and Apple TVs, will be awarded to fans and those taking part in the campaign. The chance to participate in a professional photo shoot in the heart of Berlin - in most cases an extremely rare experience - beckons for the top 10 candidates. In addition, being able to see yourself on advertisements, catalogues and packaging over the coming year gives this special campaign an extra appeal.
